I started my process on May 23, 2016 and I received notice today, September 30, 2016, it has been funded and closed today. Too many loan officers coming and going in this company, two different closing costs and three different costs for the escrow account...I paid the higher amount for both just so this would finally close. The delays were never due to my lack of providing documentation or information, it was due to a changes within the company itself and information getting lost. I would not recommend this company.
