The loan officer we dealt with, Chris Williams, was professional and very helpful. He was prompt in answering any question my wife or I had. I truly appreciate dealing with a company that is up to speed on technology. By this I mean electronic signing, scanning, texting and voice mail. We did not have to go to a title company, they came to us for closing. There was no waiting for two or three days for decisions.....they happened in hours.
NOTE: We do not have a hard-line phone therefore have no fax. We did not need it. Scanning sufficed for everything.
Company was upfront with their expectations and with the product, including all costs, they were offering.
We will recommend Chris and his company to our friends.
