Overcharging

I have been overcharged over and over again, and despite my calls, emails, and letters, i have not been compensated. My plan allows for free contacts every two years, but I've never been given any. Discussion with the doctor does not get me anywhere because he just refers me back to the same front office that made the mistakes, over and over. Not going back
