I noticed that hospitals in the USA are not as well kept as the Hospital de la Familia in Mexicali. From the moment I arrived, the personel at this hospital were very attentive as to my every need and went out of their way to make me comfortable even though
there was a slight language barrier. My room was impecably kept and maintained during my stay. The nursing staff was very attentive in seeing that I was comfortable and my needs were met without hesitation. Dr. Luque and his nurse were extremely professional,
polite and even listened to what I had to say without being curt. My surgery went well and everything is progressing as he said it would within the time frame he established before the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Luque, and the Hospital de la Familia and
their staff especially Carlo Bonfonte's communication skills in keeping us up to date prior to, during and after our proceedure. I would not hesitate in returning to this fine facility for any further needs.
