I had an heirloom tablecloth handed down for 3 generations. When it came to me I took extreme care of it and only used it for Christmas Dinner. For 5 years I took this tablecloth and matching napkins to Holly Hills for cleaning. When it came back to me in the plastic, I left it and took it out only for the following Christmas. Last year the cleaners destroyed this antique Satin tablecloth by putting it in the washing machine. They did the napkins correctly but the tablecloth came back feeling like sackcloth. It was too late before Christmas dinner to take it in but I took it right after. The manager was completey rude and uncaring. He even refused to touch the tablecloth and tell me how it could have gotten to this condition. He would not do anything to help or compensate. I would never go back to a company that does not stand behind their work.
