HireRight is a nightmare on elm street

I applied for a job that used HireRight and it has been a nightmare. I've had several jobs through out my career and NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE. After the pandemic as you know most people had to find another job. I applied for several company and received at least 3 job offers with no issue with my background until I decided to accept an offer with a company the used HIRERIGHT!!! My God, it has been a nightmare on elm street. They DO NOT CALL employers to verify if they do, It's once and if no one answers and the emails start. I had to submit check stubs, W'2 and explanations on every employer. I provided all phone number, who to ask for to make it a smooth translation and THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. i have done everything for them outside of cashing their pay check. I still don't know if I'm going to get this job as it's depending on the completion of the background that will never happen. I've had to order transcripts for school collect all document and tax forms for this company. They even said they verified with a company my employer status and said i worked for a company 3 month although worked there for over 3 years. So it looks like Lied on the application. I called the company and the manager told me that no one called to verify my employment status
