I contacted Costco to purchase my car. Hardin was the Hyundai dealer they put me in contact with. Things were fine until I arrived for my appointment. The manager I was to meet had left. The reason for Costco is to avoid THE CAR SALESMAN. There was an attempt to foist a salesman on.me. I refused and asked the receptionist to contact the manager I had appointment with. She made me aware be didn't answer, didn't know when he would return and what would I like her to do? Very snotty
I asked to see another Fleet Manager. Frank was very helpful and I did buy a car. They did match the price, trade in value of my car and financing of a competitor.
