I have talked with a lot of lenders over the last couple of years with the purchase/refis of my investment and primary homes. Mark Malmberg was by far the smartest and most honest lender out of anybody I talked with. He knew the mortgage business inside/out and was upfront on how Guild did business. When underwriting was being delayed and my lock agreement expired he talked with corporate and took a hit on Guild's profit just to make sure I got my loan with my original terms and costs. He's won me over and got a customer for life due to his exceptional customer service. Thanks Mark for everything you have done!
