Patient and sooo not "pushy"

We began having conversations with David in July and finally finished the transaction in February. The ball was in our court but too many distractions and obstacles kept interfering. David would check in every now and then but without a hint of harassment!
My wife and I hope to retire within the next five years and feel good about this investment.
