I strongly urge you NOT hire Global IT Users because of poor needs assessment, execution, no follow-through on promises made/horrible at returning calls. 1st: Did poor needs intake and did not provide the right solution for the 3 campaigns. Then, did not follow through on the contracted 5 campaigns. Nothing has been done in a timely manner. Lack of skills with the staff. DON'T use them to run a survey campaign because they don't know how. Lack of professionalism.
