The WORST company to ever finance with!

So yesterday 7/30/13 I called Foreman financial only to get HUNG UP on! Not just ONCE but FIVE FREAKING TIMES! Thank you JESUS for being so unprofessional, calling me the "idiot" when you yourself can barely speak the language of the country you live in!
So FINALLY someone w/ fair grammar gets on the phone & he's the most pompous prick I have ever met. First off don't sit there and tell me I CANT speak w/someone whose above you when I ask you're supposed to transfer the call b/c that's YOUR JOB! Forgive me
for sounding like a "Diva" but anyone who's ever had to deal w/ this company can see where I'm coming from. So after explaining to this a-hole my situation he has the audacity to tell me that my "claim" is not on file. I then explained to his that his lovely
colleague Jesus was the one who took it down (consider he was also the one to have up on me multiple times) so I then explained to him why I wasn't surprised that it wasn't on file b/c clearly the a-hole doesn't value his job enough to attend the needs of
their clients. He then goes on to telling me that Jesus doesn't even have AUTHORIZATION to give me the extension! Like WHY THE HELL would he take my information down and pretend like he does!!!! The a-hole then tells me well this isn't our problem ma'am and
is just such a prick! What the heck do you mean it's not YOUR problem?! You're the messed up company that hired uneducated idiots to deal w/ peoples money & personal information!!!!! DO YOU NOT screen check these people before you hire them!!!!!! Never in
my life have I had to deal w/ such poor communication and rude behavior ! & I've worked in customer service!! So to your Mr "Foreman" if I don't see a change in the way you handle your business BEST BELIEVE this wont be the LAST time you hear from me. SPECIAL
