When we reviewed the B+ rating by BBB and the one complaint registered with the BBB we were concerned regarding the installation of carpets in our home. I spoke with the installation coordinator and advised her of our concern. Shortly thereafter I received a call back from the owner of the company and we discussed the matter Following that discussion we were satisfied that we should proceed.
The installers arrived (albeit somewhat late) and installed the carpets without incident. I may add that this installation involved moving many pieces of heavy furniture and this was completed expeditiously and without any damage whatsoever. The carpets look wonderful and we could not be happier.
I was impressed with the owner of the company who appeared to take our concerns seriously and I would recommend this company based on our experience.
