This company’s written policy for refunds of returned gemstones is ever changing. My invoice stated a complete refund would be done within 15 business days, however when I called for a RMA number I was told their policy was 30 business days. When pointed out my invoice stated 15 business days, the representative stated they would honor the 15 business day refund policy. However, 57 business days later they still had not refunded me the money due eve3n though they had acknowledged receiving the returned gemstone. During this time I had contacted them numerous times, even spoke to supervisors, but to no avail, no refund. I finally contacted the BBB and filed a complaint as well as my credit card company. Both the BBB and the credit card company stated the company did not respond to any of their inquires. My credit card company finally did a charge back to the company for the purchase price. This company has played this same game on the last three returns and I would suggest future clients think long and hard about doing business with this company. Some of their gems are really nice, but they are far and few in-between and returns are the norm for any business practice. I for one will NEVER purchase anything from this company nor will I ever recommend this company to someone else. Total dissatisfaction!
