Notaries pls DO NOT Accept Orders from Final Link

They do not pay on time. Still waiting for payment on invoices from Sept 2011 and October 2011. They have over 30 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau! Faxed them invoices twice, called repeatedly, and sent a demand for payment letter. All with no response. They are rude and leave you on hold.
