I know some people that have completed their program - successfully! I was told at times that their customer service was lacking, but recently found out how much they have improved their customer service/support and delivery of their program. Reason being is that I am considering using them myself. Why? Because they are quick! I also was impressed when I saw their accounts deleted from their credit reports. Honestly, they are enforcing Federal Laws in place to protect consumers. They did not create these laws; our government did! Remember people, there are two side to every coin. Good luck...
