bad switch panel

this company has no customer service at all.bought the latest greatest switch panel.when i got my order it was defective.called 10 times in a row no answer .2 weeks and 10 emails later i got a number to return the part but i had to pay shipping.when i got the repaired part back it was not repaired at all.i dont think they even looked at it.the box even smeels like burnt wiring.do not buy from this company ever.the best thing that could happen is for this place to dry up and blow away before they rip off anyone else.this company is in the buisines of ripping off first responders and the people who supply them

Shannon, In reference to your concerns. All of our products are tested and approved by a quality assurance team before they are shipped out. We have improved our customer service by adding LIVE CHAT effective 4/1/2015. Unfortunately 99% of the time when a customer states what you are they improperly hooked up the unit short circuited something. I can not see your particular order because you did not post your name or order #.
