This will be the third time I'll have used Europe by Air for their Air Passes, first time in 2005. I first heard of them from Student Travel Agency. I'm not sure how more people don't know about the Air Passes, because they're incredibly useful for someone like me who doesn't always know my exact travel plans, as it's flexible and you can change it once for free. For backpackers they can be a great tool. So, the product is excellent, with customer service to match. Calling their number on the screen, you immediately talk to - gasp - a real person, who is polite, extremely helpful and willing to work with you. I talked with Barbara and Ivor, I believe, who were both very helpful. Barbara in particular did an amazing job of helping me maneuver getting a flight pass in an atypical situation. In any case, it's a more unusual way to travel through Europe but well worth for people like me who often have trouble finding reasonably-priced flights to places like Zagreb, Croatia. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling in Europe.
