This firm contacted me via phone on 2/2011 telling me they could guarantee a load modification. I submitted a check to them with a guarantee of a Full Refund minus 20% if we were denied by the mortgage company. I submitted all the forms, then was told we needed the form for the mortgage company which I complete and supplied. In March, I was told we were denied and encouraged to miss a monthly mortgage payment and then contact them again. I asked for a refund. In May, 2011, the mortgage company contacted me BECAUSE they had not recieved the paper work they had requested and had not even recieved the initial information on our income and expenses. I gave the information to them and was told WE HAD NOT been denied and it is still going thru the process. The Elite Law Group will not return my phone calls, e-mail, or faxes.
