I purchased the Pro revitalizing edition 60 second instant face lift cream for my mother. The results were astonishing at the shop so I purchased a tub at around £200 for her. Approx half way down the tub it turned to sand so completely unusable. I let this company know and they promised me a replacement and after twice asking its never arrived and my emails are ignored. So beware the product doesnt turn to sand quickly and it becomes unusable
