We've been going to Continental Cleaners for 17-18 yrs. with no problem(that was when Shelly owned). New Ownership/Mgmt(Ajay Shah) has taken over and within a 2 month period (May-July 2009), we have lost 3 items. When we try to make contact with Mr. Shah to express our concerns, it is always intercepted by his cashier who works the front area or answers the phone. She does not speak much English and seems even moreso when we ask for Mr. Shah. We've made numerous attempts to contact him but to no avail. We have lost TWO nice Dodger camp shirts, one is limited edition worth $100++ and a pair of navy slacks. It is too much coincidence that the missing items would be both Dodger shirts. We attempted to inform Mr. Shah that maybe someone working in his facility is doing something unethical but have not been allowed to speak with him. I will never deal with this business again & I will inform everyone I know that if you don't want to lose your nice clothes, do not bring it there.
