This company is gross-misleading in their advertising, billing, and customer practices. I'm coming from a small family owned business and when I was contacted from a sales rep for micr toners for our company- never once was it mentioned that there was a minimum of a dozen per order. Their excuse was that they are brokers. A toner in my company will last for at least a year- why would they think I needed 12 for a company w/ 10 employees? Twice I received a call to tell me the order was complete and account closed- yet toners still appear along with outrageous invoices. Please look the other way if ever approached. It has cost our company over $2000.00- they supposedly don't take returns or do refunds. Very disappointing.
