Bank of America had been giving my family the run around for 8 months. My wife and I stayed on the phone with rep after rep, telling them the same story over and over. They would tell us the loan application was in review and then later ask for more information. Each month that we waited for a word from the bank, the friendly individuals at Hutchinson Warren & Associates collections agency called my home for back payments. I worked with Commercial Loan Solutions to help me get things on track. My old interest rate was 4.875, monthly payment was $2,147, and I was $49,000 behind on payments. They got my payment down to $1,007, put my back payments on the back of the loan. It been since June 2010 since I made my first trial payment and we have been doing very well since.
