I have not been igoring you. I've had quite a few irons in the fire for the last month. It is pretty rare these days to honestly tell someone "It has been a pleasure doing business with you." It was! I was not forced to wait on the line and listen to awful music--you said you'd call back and you did. You arrived on schedule, gave me a specific and detailed quote, and no high pressure. I've had shade and drapery needs "on hold" since my wife's death in 2005. I don't know the details of this business--and don't want to. Your 25 plus years of experience and businesslike demeanor were all I needed. The goods arrived on time, were very efficiently and carefully installed, and your installer cleaned up after himself. Everything works and looks great! You are what my Dad called a "straight shooter." A high compliment indeed. It would be a pleasure to do business with you again.
