I have not signed up with them but called them to get information regarding their services. On 7/19/2009, I spoke with a representative named Alan and he informed me of some of the services. He also said that in order to provide me any service or send any information, I would have to provide hime with my bank account number. I have called 3 other law firms and none have ask for that before signing an retainer agreement. Is this common practice?
