I went to Chet's auto/sales to purchase a 325i convertible bmw for the price of $9,500 dollars gave the owner(David T.)$9,000 dollars cash and agreed to owe him $500.00.Well without any notices,David T.(owner)sent some guys,that came onto my private property while I was at work,and take(steal)my vehicle.When I approached David T.(owner)to retrieve my vehicle,he got real loud and irate demanding that I give him $1,500 dollars(three times the amount I owed him)or get of his property before he kicks my ass.
I am currently taking "Chet's" a.k.a "Chet's auto/sales" a.k.a. "Chet's brake service inc. D.B.A. As"Chet's brake service" to Long Beach Court to try to retrieve my 9,000 dollars back..
Oh and to make matters worse.."Chet's(David T.)resold my vehicle and kept the money..
This company has committed:
EXTORTION:Tried to charge me 3 times the amount owed to retrieve my vehicle
Illegal ACTIVITY:Came onto my PRIVATE property to take the vehicle.Never sent a letter of intent to take the vehicle(wich "LAW" states)
