I place an order on December 14. I check on line on December 16 and it showed my order was in process. I then call the company. The sale rep state they were having computer problem but it will be ship the next day. The sale rep assured me that I would have it by Wed Dec. 23. I have not received it yet. I call on Dec. 22 and it has not been shipped. I call on Dec. 23 it has not been shipped. I called for a second time requesting a shipping number. I was told the last truck has went out, but I can call back in a couple of hours and get a tracking number. I stressed that I needed the order before Christmas. The sales rep assured me that I will have it by Christmas. I will write a another review once I or if I received my order. All of the sales reps were friendly and professional on every call I spoke to them.
