Needed hair color for a client and saw this company online. Called them to make sure they had product and could get it here by date needed. Also confirmed over phone of address and shipping method.

Called them after not receiving it and was told I gave wrong address, they would re-ship. Turns out they used mail and not up s! They kept product without re-shipping and said I would have to pay for it. Bad customer service on their part! Only credited cost of product and not s/h!!!

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
