I bought one item from Beauty Encounter and have been bombarded with spam ever since. All my attempts to unsubscribe have failed.
For the first five emailed adverts, I tried responding with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the header. The ads kept arriving.
The unsubscribe link at their website doesn't work.
The phone number listed at the website is attached to a recorded message. No one ever picks up.
They don't respond to emails.
I appreciate that every business must advertise. However, businesses need to keep their contact information current and in working order.
I am thoroughly disappointed in Beauty Encounter and would never recommend them to anyone.
