Bay Cities showed up on time, did their work and cleaned up after themselves. They made the whole process seem so easy. Neil came by frequently to check on the progress of the job. They installed a central heating unit and removed the old wall unit. When they gave us the estimate he brought information and paperwork for a state rebate and a federal tax credit that saved us two thousand dollars! Neil always called me back promptly. His availability and the trust I felt, made this project an outstanding experience!
