Bay Cities is on top of the permit process. They installed a new heating and air system for me in August. It is efficient and I have a tremendously low gas bill! The air conditioning is phenomenal! Their estimate was comparable to others. I had a manufacturers and government rebate. I pretty much already knew what I wanted going in. Neil gave me some good advice that saved me money, instead of just agreeing with me. They have a smooth, accommodating office staff. Their style is very down to earth, no pressure, no force to follow their timetable. It’s all what the customer wants. Very user friendly!
