I have been buying a lot of RC items from this company. However, I just had an item that did not work, so I followed the company policy on returning the item ( Request for a "RMA") to this day 6/14/2011 and I started the request on 6/6/2011, Banana Hobby has not return my request for help, they have not answered any of my emails. I will not ever trust this company.
6/21/2011..UPDATE, It was funny, when I posted the 1st review, nothing had been done...WELL guess what? That day they emailed me and ask me to meet them on live chat.......NO nothing got done ..Only looking at a blank screen and them trying to make it out my fault the Helo does not work....IT IS DEFECTED!!!!!! A person (Marry) told me that it would be taken care of that day. i.e The RMA sent............NO NO NO NOTHING still to this day, nor do I think anything will be done. I have kept all my emails with them....And will show them to any one around here that is even thinking about buying anything from this bunch of @#@%$#@&!!!!!!!
