Genuinely concerned about my issue

I want to commend first Brad Talley for the excellent work he has done in such a miraculously short amount of time. I must admit I contacted 4 different competitors of your prior to contacting your company to assist me with what I considered to be a monumental
problem for my family. When I contacted your office and was transferred to Brad ...He immediately took the time to talk with me about my specific issue with the IRS and about the nightmare of being garnished would impose on my family financially...He explained
everything to me and told me what your firm could do but not immediately making any promises except to refer this case and explain my situation to his superiors and promising to get back to me with an answer as to whether or not you would be able to assist
us. Of course in this matter time was of the essence and I was working on a very very short timeline a mere few days before this garnishment would take place...But Brad did what he said he would, he called me the next day and advised me of what your company
would be able to do for me still not making promises to get the levy released but certainly would work with the professionals at your company to do the very best to help... And that is what made me take on Authority Tax Services as my Representatives in this
matter.. Brad was very clear, concise and genuinely concerned about my issue and that made all the difference...And much to my surprise I received a call today from Brad advising me that miracles do happen and he and the other professionals there at Authority
Tax Services were able to get the Wage garnishment Levy released prior to it ever being put in place... therefore avoiding an immediate hardship that would have been placed on my family if the garnishment had went into place for even one pay period...So I
am very thankful to Brad and also JT Moss who contacted me today as well to advise of all of your efforts today in getting this levy released..JT calling was just the icing on the cake and made me know that Authority Tax Services has people sincerely working
on your issues to provide the very best outcome. This is just a wonderful feeling. I know this is only the beginning of the work that will need to be done, but with Authority Tax Services by my side I am absolutely confident that this issue will be resolved.
