I have been with this company a little over four years now. When I sat down with their rep., I was with ADT at the time, but ADT's service was not what I expected. These guys upgraded my equipment and gave me a lifetime parts and labor warranty. There was an issue with one of my door contacts about a year ago and they showed up the same day to fix it ... for free. They get a thumbs up from me.
