HORRIBLE BILLING. EXTRA LONG WAITING TIME.
The good thing about having to sit in their waiting room for over 75 minutes is the fact that I got to see how many people are disgusted!! I had to come back 3 times in one week because of my situation, and the shortest wait was 48 minutes. I witnessed 6 people left without seeing a doctor!!
I also witnessed over a dozen of them having billing complaints. Two older women were taken in by their daughters on one day I was there. BOTH daughters were so upset that they sat there with their mothers for over 2 hours of wait, only to see the doctors for 10 minutes, and were told they had to come back...
My biggest issue is the doctor did a few seconds of eye check, and they counted it as a full annual exam!! They also filed to the insurance that they prescribed glasses for me, when in fact they did not!! Now my insurance won't even cover my cost of frames when I really need it..
