I got a free trial in January 2009 or early February 2009 and this FREE trial has cost me DEARLY! In fact, I CANNOT get the company to quit sending me shipments and have contacted them numerous times and have returned the shipments to them. The last two marked 'return to sender' and they were unopened! I get shipments from Arizona and from California! I notifited my VISA credit card company and they have credted my account during the dispute but I just received another shipment and the company will NOT respond to my mail. There is no phone number to call and I went online and asked them to quit sending me shipments. NOTHING WORKS. I have asked my credit card company to cancel my card and give me a new number so this company cannot charge me any longer. They are trying to resolve in another way. I am most likely going to get another credit card with a nother company, transfer the balacne and cut my current card up. I wish this could be resolved in another way but I am runnign out of time and energy. This is disruptive and I am in a new job which makes it even more stressful!!!!!!!! At the same time I got Acai as a free trial I got Bromalit which is probably affilated with them. They have stopped sending shipments since I have sent them letters and hopefully their removing me from shipments will continue. This is one of the MOST DISTRESSING situations that I have ever endured. Not only will ACAI not stop making shipments, their charge to my credit card keeps escalating for the same product that I DO NOT WANT. PLEASE let others know how terrible this company is.
