I contacted American Air after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. The office staff were very helpful in scheduling a time that worked for me. Once a representative from American Air stopped by to hear what I was looking to have done and reveiwed with me all the details, how could I say no. They were prompt and professional taking care not so soil my carpet while installing my new heating unit. Because of their service I even signed up for their maintenance program. Even a few of my neighbors stopped by to see their work. My girlfriend opted for both heating and air and is very happy with my recommendation.
