I do not trust the fraudulent business tactics of this company. They told me that I have asbestos in my ducts and they needed to be replaced. I wanted my ducts cleaned not replaced unnessarily. My home was built several years after asbestos left the market. I am not the average uninformed customer. I had my furnace replaced less than 2 weeks ago at which time my duct work was inspected for proper function. My home does not need new ducts like I was told by American Air Care. I do not trust this company or it's employees. I told them to leave my home.
