First, this company is located at 5079 N. Dixie Hwy #342, Oakland Park, FL 33334...mail to the Banks Rd address was returned.
This company has technicians who seem to want to always sell you parts for your air conditioning system which are not necessary.
I was told I had to extend my service agreement another three years in order to obtain a transformer which should have been covered under my warranty.
I have written to the president for a refund of $200. for two years of an unused portion of my service agreement, since I don't want to do business with the company any longer.
I have not received the courtesty of a reply.
