Mr. Shannon was not very nice...

Our experience with Matt Shannon was very bad to say the least. Mr. Shannon purchased flooring from our company. After being notified by the Manufacturer that it was no longer in stock and would not be until the end of the month we canceled and refunded Mr. Shannon in full. Mr. Shannon was not happy about this an got upset. We informed Mr. Shannon that this was our policy and that nothing nefarious was going on he responded by belittling our employee and say "Nothing nefarious - surprised you can spell that word much less understand it. I was a valued customer until I questioned your tactics and ask you show me your T&C policy. Because I call you out on it, my actions are in question. Have a good life and stay healthy." This is not something a business owner should be saying to a customer service rep. Its unprofessional. We immediately blocked Mr. Shannons IP address from our site and all emails for the safety of our employees. This is not how one should act in a public forum.
