We called this company last Friday to fix our Refrigerator. The freezer was only cooling to 21 degrees and everything was defrosting. The tech comes out to the house and just walks in the door. He does not knock, does not ring the bell...but just walks in. I was sitting at my desk watching him walk up the ramp to the front door and met him there. I told him that it was customary to knock on the door and wait until someone answered it. He insisted that he knocked and no one came. I told him that I was sitting right there and watched him. He said I was lying. I knew something was not right with this company. He comes in spends all of 2 minutes with the refrigerator and determines it was the motherboard. It would be $480 right off the top of his head. I asked when could he fix it. He said right now because "I have the part". It's hard for me to believe that he carries a motherboard for my 10 year old refrigerator in his van. Something didn't set right with me. So I told him no. I would pay him his $35 fee for the 2 minutes and sent him on his way. Turns out that the part only costs $175 and it took my son 5 minutes to install. This company is a rip off. Please beware !! OH and I wish I had the option to select zero stars.
