Talk about high labor turnover. It is as if a teacher quits almost every week. They just walk off the job without even giving notice, that means something must be terrible wrong. I am currently under family central and my parent fee is $17.00, I was supposed to pay an additional $20 something dollars for the extra tuition that family central does not cover. However the owners told me that it was ok they will only accept the parent fee of which we both signed to. This was on the 3rd of January 2011. However myself and another parent had an issue and I spoke to the Director about it she tried her best to assure me that the problem will be solved, which she did. Anyway Friday 11th March the Director called me and told me that the owners said that I now had to start paying the parent fee plus the tuition, this was supposed to be effective Monday March 14th. After that another parent contacted me and told me that she overheard them saying that I complained too much and if they raised the fees it would cause me to leave, she also heard them saying that they had a waiting list, so basically that would bring them more money. Later I also found out that they had also raised the fees for the other parent, and she decided to leave. Therefore it seems as if once a parent makes a complaint the fees are raised so that they could leave. My child has only been there for two months and I have see so many employees go. The change of teachers are not good for the infants and toddlers because it messes with how they adapt. Something needs to be done about this extremely high labor turnover and the way the owners does business.
